Sarah Lewallen has been in the Army for almost 20 years and within that time has learned many life lessons. She wants to be able to share what she learned the hard way so others won’t have to learn the way that she did.

Sarah has been a Suicide Risk Reduction Liasion for the past 5 years and counting. With this tremendous opportunity comes tremendous challenges and self growth opportunities; she has also met many wonderful people who share the same passion as she does.

Sarah looks forward to this next chapter in her life with all of you & the OHF family.
