Matt Colsia,

Matt held numerous leadership positions, the most recent as the specialty aeromedical staff officer for the National Guard HQ in Arlington, responsible for oversight of the National Critical Care Flight Paramedic Program as well as the Aeromedical Evacuation Program. Matt also maintained his own proficiency as a UH-60 Blackhawk Pilot-in-Command. He deployed to combat five times and spent a significant amount of time with his family overseas in South Korea and Germany. Matt’s awards include the Bronze Star Medal, the Air Medal, the Expert Field Medical Badge, the Combat Infantryman’s Badge, and the Senior Aviator Badge.

Matt has a Master of Science in Health and Wellness Coaching with a concentration in Sport Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

Matt enjoys visiting the numerous parks and historical landmarks in the local area with his wife and four children. They also enjoy camping, sports, geocaching, and puzzle-based adventures like escape rooms. He also enjoys refining his BBQ pitmaster skills and techniques and loves to share!
