My Why...

In 2022, my husband wanted to end his life. I was able to get him the help he needed immediately with a lot of advocacy. This impacted our family in so many ways. He had seen and dealt with things along his military journey that left him isolated. I had no idea the mental battle he was trying to overcome. My goal is to stop the mental health stigma in the military community. No one should ever have to suffer in silence or alone.

My Core Values...

Integrity * Respect * Servant Leadership
