Cortazia McReynolds is an active duty Navy spouse who currently lives in Norfolk, VA with her husband, two children & two pups! Cortazia graduated with her Master’s in Psychology with a focus in Forensics in May 2023. She has a passion for helping others & helping to reduce the stigma of mental health within our communities. Cortazia is so excited to be apart of the OHF team!
My Why...
To help others understand that it is okay not to be okay. There are so many people who struggle with mental health issues. We need to reduce the stigma so others feel comfortable coming forward & knowing it’s okay to ask for help.
