Daily Affirmations

Every day is a new opportunity to be kind to yourself. Daily affirmations can help you be more positive and bring yourself some love. Look in a mirror and tell yourself nice things. Talk to yourself like you are talking to a friend! We do not need to beat ourselves up. We need to show ourselves kindness and love.

Try it today! Repeat each daily affirmation five times. I am ENOUGH! I am WORTHY! I am LOVED! I am KIND! I am AWESOME!

Find the good in the moment whenever you can. Times can be hard but things do get better.
